Available as open-enrolment public workshops and as tailored in-company programmes for organisations across Ireland.
Both programme formats follow the same core structure. The intensive two-day design is deliberate — it creates the conditions for rapid skill development through concentrated, repeated practice.
The programme opens with a structured introduction to the message architecture framework. Participants then immediately apply it in two short timed presentations. The first delivery is recorded and reviewed at the end of the morning session.
The afternoon focuses on delivery technique — vocal variety, physical presence, and audience connection. Participants deliver two further presentations with specific delivery targets, followed by a full video playback and group feedback session.
Day two opens with the audience orientation module. Participants analyse different audience types and adapt their prepared material accordingly. A fifth presentation applies the full framework — structure, delivery, and audience orientation together.
Each participant delivers a final capstone presentation — a longer, more complex format applying everything covered across the two days. This is followed by individual feedback sessions, personal development planning, and distribution of framework materials.
Professionals from different organisations and sectors attend together. The cross-industry mix creates a varied and realistic audience dynamic — a deliberate feature of the programme design, not an incidental one.
